I’m now 43, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I’ve spent years researching, experimenting, and trying to find some balance again. And just when I think I’ve nailed it — a few months go by, I feel fine, and then suddenly… the bottom drops out. What worked no longer works, and I’m back to searching.
